Security device logs are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at a Security Operation Center. As agreed in advance with the customer, the customer is notified of prioritized, urgent security incidents. Solutionary can intelligently correlate incidents from multiple devices and pin down single incidents that will shorten time for trouble shooting, root cause analysis and corrective action.

Device Management

The following services are provided to improve management of security devices according to prior agreements with the customer.

Portal/Reports

A private web portal is provided for each customer. The portal dashboard makes it possible to identify trends across all managed devices and analyze events in real time. A rich selection of templates is available to prepare reports designed by the customer.
